The trial over the death of Michael Woods is a horrifying account of an emergency room of death. Michael Woods was left in a hallway in his street clothes for 90 mins. while he was dying. His brother,actor James Woods, has brought the suit against Kent Hospital in Warwick. |
James woods is in court each day and seems to relive the night his brother died. The actions of the staff at Kent reminds one of the Marx brothers as opposed to an emergency room. |
Why is medical care in Rhode Island so poor? Corruption at the highest levels of government has led to doctors fleeing the state. Anyone who can drive finds their way to Boston if they have a choice. The lack of emergency care at Kent is the tip of the iceberg in Rhode Island care. |
